- Plan the most efficient and effective route prior to transportation of residents to and from destination.
- Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and equipped for safe transportation.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with residents, their families, and other staff members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are also essential.
