Goodberry's in Raleigh, NC is looking for one services manager to join our team. We are located on 2421 Spring Forest Rd.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
Responsibilities

*Train, coach, and develop cashiers *Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up *Hold team accountable for their performance in achieving sales goals *Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service *Edit schedule appropriately to control labor costs *Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed *Communicating customer feedback by Google and Yelp reviews to drive customer service goals *Conduct speed audits to improve efficiency
Qualifications

*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $18.00/hour.
