We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to perform general support functions that align with the demands of a financial planning/accounting office. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include supporting the Sr Partner, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, speaking to clients, learning to handle financial planning paperwork, ordering supplies, customer/employee support, some receptionist duties. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, the ability to multi-task with good time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact with partner, employees, and clients.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage Partner’s calendar, screen email, and set up meetings
- Keeping up with office supply inventory
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Financial planning paperwork
Skills
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Financial Planning Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Computer Skills
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize other software as required.
- Experience with Quickbooks, Lacerte and with Virtual File Cabinets is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
