We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to add to our Kapolei family in Oahu, Hawaii! What You Will Work On

Essential Functions
Being a Project Administrator means working with both office and field teams. Your day will involve assisting PM’s with admin duties, reviewing and submission of bid proposals, project submittals and correspondence, filing/scanning of printed documentation, coordinating travel of field employees, reviewing timecards for our field teams, coordinating receiving and routing of certified payrolls and monthly billing reports.

The Project Administrator will assist with the tracking of project documents (contracts, subcontracts, bonds, submittals, COI’s, POs, etc.). The Project Administrator will also support the office manager in onboarding new employees, answering phones, and general office management.


Required Skills / Technical Knowledge
We want you to be successful! Having at least three to five years of project administration experience in the construction industry, experience with billing & waivers along with MS Office will make your start here with us much smoother.

Having knowledge of VISTA by Viewpoint and being an active Notary Public are not required but preferred.

Salary : $59,000 - $74,600
