POSITION SUMMARY
The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of commercial and industrial properties & tenants. They will work closely with finance to manage the billing and collection of monthly rental revenues. They will work with business leaders to execute short-term and long-term strategies and work collaboratively (with both internal and external stakeholders) to ensure the business needs are being achieved on time and within budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market vacant units, plan and organize showings; and update calendars/events
- Manage tenant check-in/check-out and ongoing support for a variety of commercial and industrial properties
- Work closely with finance departments to track and analyze sales/rent, cost, and profit data and prepare timely KPI reports for stakeholders
- Analyze lease documents, ensure lease and insurance compliance, and prepare notices and regular tenant communications.
- Maintain existing real estate files by handling correspondence related to leasing renewals & option periods, rent escalations, rent abatements, change of ownership, and contact information changes.
- Work cross-functionally and provide support in the CAM reconciliation & billing process
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications
- Attract new clients through active marketing, excellent customer service, and adding value to the client’s experience in our properties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Team player, detail-oriented, organized, problem-solving, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate and/or commercial property management.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to train others.
- Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of Property management.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs), Slack, and Property Management software
