Position Objectives
The Billing Specialist ensures that customers are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
Job Duties
- Process customer orders and ensure invoice accuracy.
- Review reports to maintain proper margins and costs.
- Collaborate with sales staff to resolve billing errors.
- Ability to perform business math and understand profit margins.
- Plumbing and/or heating knowledge is a plus
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Strong Excel skills preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
