```Duties```
- Handle repair task such as engraving, batteries, simple repairs and permanent jewelry.
- Contact customers about finished jobs and relay estimate messages where appropriate.
- Enter warranty work claims.
- Buying gold and reporting to the proper government agency.
- Assisting sales in scheduling newly sold items through the repair shop.
- Schedule estate and other buys through the shop for reconditioning.
- Come onto sales floor as needed when no Jewelry Consultant is available.
- Shipping and Receiving.
```Qualifications```
No experience is necessary.
Your day to day role in the company is to help our customers with repair work, or any other general advice associated with jewelry. Customer service is the cornerstone of our 50 year success, so you must have a general passion in helping others.
No education is needed but education opportunities do exist to further your professional growth. Goodman & Sons isn't looking to provide a job. We are looking to provide a career.
Sundays and Mondays off except specific holidays.
