About the Role
GoodRx is looking for a motivated and highly organized Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Account Managers, executing digital marketing campaigns and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn about Pharma manufacturers, wear multiple hats, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Support Account Managers and Sr Account Managers in managing high-tier Pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts, building to lead smaller accounts on their own
● Assist with compiling monthly data and analytics readouts for customers
● Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers
● Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process
● Facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines and regularly updating status documentation
● Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool
Skills & Qualifications:
● 2 years of professional experience in client management. Experience with pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency is a plus
● Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
● Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and be resourceful
● A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies
● Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana

\nCompensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:
New York City Office: $65,000 to $98,000
Charleston Office: $53,000 to $80,000
