About the Role
We are looking for a process-oriented, analytically-minded, Revenue Operations Manager to join our Manufacturer Solutions team at GoodRx. This individual will be brought on to help streamline revenue tracking and accounts receivable efforts, partnering with various aspects of the business to ensure we are maximizing revenue and tracking towards goals. This role will be an integral part of a high growth team that is continually evolving existing and building new business processes while analyzing historic results, and making business recommendations. You will work closely with sales, account management, business intelligence, finance, accounting and leadership, to optimize pipeline reporting, forecasting, invoicing, collections and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
● Align sales, customer success and leadership teams to drive growth and keep all teams accountable to revenue and receivables
● Ensure invoices and revenue recognition are accurate and delivered timely on a monthly basis
● Facilitate meetings to understand business pain points, synthesizing the discussion, and circulate meeting decisions and action items with clear objectives and success measures
● Sales Pipeline Reporting: own pipeline reporting, forecasting, and partner with sales leadership to set quotas
● Identify gap analysis to provide recommendations, analytical insights, and process improvements to meet business needs through system automation
● Sales Journey Process Development: develop client profiles, qualification requirements, and increase sales pipeline velocity
● Sales Enablement: assist in program pricing, craft unique beneficial economic models and drive ROI analysis to help close sales deals
● Partner with Deal Desk to manage the Salesforce product development roadmap and create an efficient sales tracking tool
● Sales Leadership: work closely with sales and account management to drive system and process adoption to maximize reporting accuracy and automation workflows
Skills & Qualifications
● 4 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
● 3 years of experience working in a Salesforce Platform
● Background in finance or CPA is preferred
● Deep experience leveraging a variety of business systems to solve complex problems that drive business outcomes
● Ability to work through ambiguity, manage up, and build consensus across a variety of teams and stakeholders
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute proactively instead of reactively and lead a project from conception to completion
● Familiarity with relational databases, data hierarchies and working with structured data inside of CRM and outside of CRM (Salesforce/Excel/Looker)
● Ability to work directly with senior leadership to get clarity on a path forward and manage expectations
