GoodVets is a leading veterinary management organization looking to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis Business Analyst. Our hospitals are a premier destination for high-quality, full-service healthcare for pets and we are growing rapidly in multiple national markets. We have 20 locations today and will have over 30 locations by the end of 2023.
We are looking for an FP&A Business Analyst that has exceptional analytical and organizational skills. The FP&A Business Analyst will be responsible for providing financial and analytical support to the GoodVets organization, helping to drive financial performance and business growth. You will work closely with the CFO and other stakeholders to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts
- Develop financial models and perform variance analysis
- Help to identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting operations
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial analysis or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment, and adept at staying on-task, and on time despite ever-changing priorities
- Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
