- Services & Programs Inquiries - Manage incoming service inquiries from community members. Inquiries come in a variety of ways including online, in-person, and by phone.
- Support Service Allocation & Development -
Provides direct assistance, resources, and external referrals to assist participants in meeting their needs and/or removing barriers. - Support Service Management - Manages funds and secures resources within the parameters of the budget and within accepted practices, policies and procedures.
- Data Entry, Record Keeping, and Reporting - Based on tracking and reporting requirements, manages all support services data and reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid knowledge of all GESMN programs and services to connect staff and participants to available resources.
- Proven competence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven oral and written communication skills Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals with varying backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of employment, training and community services and resources.
- Consistent attention to detail and record keeping skills.
- Relevant Experience required (1-3 years)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
