Goodwill Industries of South Florida, Inc. is hiring for a Manager of Development Operations to join our team. The Manager of Development Operations will work collaboratively in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Office of Philanthropy. This role encompasses the management of internal operations and office procedures through donor experience and stewardship. The position will work in partnership with the Vice President of Philanthropy in the overall planning, organizing, and directing of all of Goodwill South Florida’s year-round fundraising efforts.

 

Critical to fundraising success is sustaining an active, engaging, efficient, and effective operation. The Manager of Development Operations is an integral position and a role that will take the lead on several key areas, including donor stewardship and recognition, gift entry and office archives, prospect research and identification, fundraising analysis, and reporting, et al.
