Overview
Goodwin & Company is looking for a highly motivated, detail-orientated Compliance Office Admin for a fast-growing company. Your mission would primarily be to answer phones and emails generated from violations notices sent out by the Compliance inspectors. This position reimburses you for mileage and toll fees should you have to use your vehicle for compliance related activities.
Responsibilities
• Answer customer phone calls and emails• Process and mail one-off notices pertaining to Deed Restriction Violations• Notating accounts for inspectors to see during drives• Miscellaneous administrative job responsibilities• Attendance of monthly team meetings
Qualifications
• 18 years old• Have a high school diploma or GED• Legally eligible to work in the United States• Can navigate through different application systems• Competency in Microsoft Office Applications• Have a naturally positive attitude and be a team player• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing• Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change• Strong listening skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, time management, problem resolution, and decision-making skillsBONUS:• Bilingual• Property Management /Homeowners Association knowledgeWORKING CONDITIONS• Typical office environment• Overtime may be required
