Communications Manager Responsibilities:

• Leads the effective communication of information, goals, and initiatives to corporate leadership
• Collaborates with multiple departments to create consistent brand content, newsletters, crisis communication strategies.
• Oversees current website and media platforms
• Maintains division-wide communication plan
• Collaborates with Culture and Employee Belonging Council to create content, support initiatives, and training efforts
• Leads and participates in DEI initiatives and trainings to a culture consistent with company principals

Communications Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master's would be a plus
• Strong background in corporate communications, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
• 5 years of experience in managing and providing communications to a diverse group of stakeholders of more than 500 people
• Proven experience in managing people through significant and complex change
• Exceptional leadership and diplomacy skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a passion for storytelling and brand advocacy
• Excellent supervisory and interpersonal communications skills; a collaborative mindset
• Ability to relate well to a diverse group of constituents and to build strong relationships
