Finance Director Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary ranging from $150K-$165K
• Work/life balance being mostly REMOTE (in-office 3-4 times a month)

Finance Director Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar (MBA is a plus)
• 7 years of hands on experience in financial analysis & controllership
• Knowledge of California School Accounting protocols & requirements
• Strong understandings of financial and strategic decisions within not-for-profit institutions
• Ability to lead a team, make timely decisions, & set/meet deadlines
