Restaurant General Manager Skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction, safety and sanitation protocol
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Minimum of 3 years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Breakfast service experience, is preferred
- Competitive Base Salary
- Bonus (50% behavior based, 50% store performance) i.e. attainable, and paid monthly!
