Our client, a rapidly expanding and well-established steel erection company, seeks an experienced General Superintendent. This organization specializes in constructing structural steel frames for single-story, multi-story, mixed-use commercial, and warehouse spaces. The General Superintendent will oversee all aspects of the team's operations, from the initial bid through to final project completion.

Requirements For The General Superintendent Role

7-11 years of experience as a General Contractor General Superintendent
Strong knowledge of commercial structural steel
Ability to interpret blueprint drawings
Proficiency in all phases of industrial structural steel erection and detailing
NCCER certification preferred
OSHA 30 certification required
College degree in Construction Management preferred
Excellent computer skills
Demonstrated stable work history and career progression
Valid driver's license in good standing
