You're not just experienced—you're seasoned. With a minimum of five years in regional management, you've navigated the highs and lows of Economy, Budget Extended Stay properties like a pro. Your passport is well-stamped because extensive travel is no stranger to you.

What You'll Do:

As our Regional Director of Operations, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, overseeing operations at our portfolio of hotels. From guest satisfaction to team member morale and the bottom line, you'll ensure that every property under our wing is firing on all cylinders. With 8-15 properties under your wing, you'll be a strategic powerhouse, working closely with General Managers and their teams to drive success.

What We Need from You:

• Hospitality Hotshot: You've got the chops when it comes to managing multiple sites in the hospitality industry.
• Staffing Wizard: Ensuring all properties are fully staffed is your specialty.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years of progressive experience as a Director of Operations in limited-service hotels or QSR restaurants.
• Leadership: Your leadership skills are legendary, and your communication game is top-notch.
• ServeSafe Certified: Because safety and sanitation are non-negotiable.
• Flexibility: Ready to roll up your sleeves and work any shift? That's the spirit.
