Total Rewards Specialist Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, administration, and communication of the Company' s health & welfare benefit programs
- Advance & support benefits, events & wellness initiatives.
- Audit health and welfare benefit plan
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws affecting group benefits management administration, including but not limited to: ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, Section 125 and state regulations. This includes all filings to ensure compliance.
- Manage day to day needs in ADP Benefits Dashboard
- Serve as a point of contact for employees with leave inquiries, manage requests & continually support the HR department, as needed.
Total Rewards Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of benefits and leave administration experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must be able to report on-site in Manchester, NH 3 days per week; 2 days remote
