Innkeeper Benefits
- Competitive base salary of 70k.
- For candidates with extensive reservations background in hotels, the salary could be higher
- All benefits are negotiable but will include PTO and medical per normal expectation

- At least 2 years of experience as an Innkeeper or as a lodging Operations Manager
- Experience and understanding of hotel and lodging operations
- Demonstrates high integrity and ownership
- Thrives with autonomy to do the best job possible
- Can manage food service from the front as well as the lodging aspect for 14 keys
- Oversee all departments of the Inn
- Ensure exemplary customer service
- Achieves sales & profit goals
- Onboard and mentor staff
