Requirements for Kitchen Manager :
Demonstrated experience in leading a team of over 10 employees as a kitchen manager
Emphasis on training and development procedures for ongoing success and future growth
Daily supervision of hourly team members, providing timely feedback and support
Upholding operational quality through adherence to company standards and accountability of team members
Job Qualifications for Kitchen Manager :
Minimum of 2 years of management experience required
At least 1 year of full-service restaurant management experience required
Managing a staff of at least 10 members is necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
