Manufacturing Maintenance Operator:
The Machine Maintenance Operator must be familiar with roller-bed conveyor mechanical systems and electrical controls and Robots. Will also be responsible for packaging materials, and robots stocked with good pallets. Must be able to comply with all GMP and 5S requirements. This position must be able to troubleshoot, perform AM (Autonomous Maintenance), PMs, and minor maintenance based on skill level on all Robot and conveyor equipment, as well as maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Manufacturing Maintenance Operator Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance of machine as needed
- Effectively communicate problems to supervisors, maintenance, and other team members
- Train other employees on Robot operations when needed
- Maintain a work area that complies with all GMP and 5S standards.
- Be an active participant in improvement efforts and schedule and perform machine maintenance as required
- Ability to use RedZone machine performance tracking and communication system.
- Ability to use and adhere to RedZone changeover reduction processes.
- Ensure all areas from the elevator to stretch wrap infeed are clean and neat.
Manufacturing Maintenance Operator Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- Food industry (preferred)
- Able to follow instructions

- Manufacturing is 6 pm to 6: 30 am
- It is 3 on/3 off then 2 on/2off
