Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. The Operations Manager oversees the day to day operations of the manufacturing plant and is an integral part of the management team.
Operations Manager Job Requirements
- Oversees day-to-day operations at the plant and Production, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance departments
- Ensures customer quality and delivery expectations are met.
- Reviews the daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.
- Participates in long-range planning of the corporation involving areas of possible growth and expansion and profit opportunities
- Monitors operational performance to ensure Company’s goals and objectives for Safety, Quality, Service and Cost are being met
Operations Manager Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership position
- Experience leading a facility with 100 or more employees
- Proficiency with Office, SAP preferred
