Restaurant General Manager Benefits

- Must have at least 4 years’ experience as a General Manager in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong and proven leadership qualities and must be the face of your business: affable, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant operation and food safety standards, clear and direct communicator.
- Must have strong BOH/Kitchen knowledge and the ability to jump in and support your team.
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything.
- Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
- Have a high business acumen and hands-on experience managing a full P & L and cost controls.
- Exceed the expectations of every guest, every time - it's what we do!
- Train, coach, and direct the team - set the bar high and never underdeliver - ongoing training is key.
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable.
- Remain hands-on and eyes-on at all times-run it as you own it!

- Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail.
