We are recruiting for a Senior Transmission Line Design Engineer to join an established leader in the electric utility industry. Candidates will be experienced in superior transmission line design and specifications that support the delivery of affordable, reliable, and safe energy. APPLY TODAY!
Senior Transmission Line Design Engineer Responsibilities:
Applies a diversified knowledge base of engineering principles and practices to right-of-way/easement clearances of assigned transmission line projects
Assures all project deliverables meet the specified technical requirements of the project
Assists in the direction, support, and collaborative communication with the project teams making sure they have the information needed to perform required tasks
Instructs engineering technicians and transmission members in the procedures of transmission design
Ensures all design assignments are in accordance with all required safety standards, compliance requirements, and practices
Senior Transmission Line Design Engineer Requirements:
BA Degree (or greater) in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (P.E. License and Graduate Degree preferred)
8 years of experience in transmission line design
Comprehensive understanding of transmission line design levels
Capable of successfully managing multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and timelines
Strong verbal/written communications and documentation/organizing skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical/analytical proficiency
Senior Transmission Line Design Engineer Benefits:
Base Salary: $100K to $134K, based on experience
