Spanish-Speaking Employee Relations Consultant Compensation And Benefits
- Annual salary between $65-$75k
- Health and dental insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) plan

- Hybrid work model
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a closely related discipline preferred
- Hospitality human resources experience preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel within the greater Boston area to meet with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple, often changing, priorities with grace
- Understanding of the payroll process
- Solid understanding of employment law and regulations
- Handle all facets of employee relations including complaints, investigations, and separations of employment with confidentiality, and respect
- Create, edit, and audit HR documentation
- Create and conduct training in Spanish
- Assist with benefit administration and payroll as needed
- Administrative duties as needed
