We are looking for a corporate Tax Director to join our executive team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Qualifications For The Tax Director

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. and/or International taxation
• Bachelors degree in accounting or related coursework
• CPA designation
  
  

Responsibilities For The Tax Director

• Review Domestic and International monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions
• Prepare financial statement tax footnote disclosures in accordance with SEC regulations and ASC 740
• Reconcile general ledger tax accounts and maintain supporting records
• Manage control procedures for the tax process for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
