As the VP of Casino Operations, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our bustling casino, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and maximizing operational efficiency.

VP of Casino Operations Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to all areas of gaming operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Monitor key performance indicators, financial reports, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing coaching and support to department heads and staff members to enhance their skills and job satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a Senior Director or VP of Casino Operations role within the casino or gaming industry.
• Experience with CAD and floor layouts a plus as well as new Casino opening experience
