Regional Manager, Local Delivery Operations

The Regional Manager Delivery Operations must embody Gopuff's desire to develop an operations team firmly committed to making Gopuff the preferred place to earn for Delivery Partners. You will join as a key member of our delivery operations local management team and help build and manage our day-to-day operations. You will be focused on developing the team, programs, and tools that will ensure that we have the best-in-class delivery experience for Delivery Partners choosing to earn with Gopuff and most importantly our customers. Delivery Partners are a crucial piece of Gopuff’s story and play an extremely valuable role as our key connection point to the end customer. Delivery Partners deliver the magical experience that is Gopuff to customers across the US and our team is proud to build the operations, process, technology, support and overall infrastructure that allows them to be successful. You will help manage a decentralized team of leads and specialists that has a laser focus on ensuring we exceed all service expectations. You will manage, help develop, and implement programs and initiatives that help us build loyalty, efficiency and customer demand lead scheduling for the Delivery Partners. As a Regional Manager Delivery Operations you will report to the Sr. Manager, Local Delivery Operations and manage your entire team in your workstream, Delivery Network Operations.  You and your team will be responsible for managing and creating the tools, programs, and processes that will build great working partnerships with thousands of Delivery Partners that choose to work on our platform.  You will work cross functionally within our Delivery Ops team to deliver a world class delivery partner experience, and ensure we are The Gig of Choice for DP’s. You will also work closely with our Field Operations Team to  build tools and processes that are focused on improving our Delivery Partner Experience at our MFC’s and ensuring DP’s work when needed most.  You should always be thinking about processes and tools that streamline our programs for your team and our Delivery Partners.
