Gopuff is seeking a Shift Leader for our operations teams. Reporting to the General Manager while working in one of our Micro-Fulfillment Centers. The Shift Leader role is a core part of the facility leadership team with the responsibility to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to our customers. You will manage the performance of the Pack and Receive team and the development of our driver-partners. The success of the team will rely on your ability to drive and motivate the team with a focus on perfecting the customer experience for each order.                                                                                                                                                                              Customers turn to Gopuff to deliver their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine.
