Video Production Specialist

Are you creative, energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong background in video production, graphic design or social media marketing? Our production team is actively seeking a team member with a diverse range of skills and 1 - 2 years of professional experience working in an agency or an environment that is fast-paced and always evolving. We’re looking for an accountable, dependable, and responsible team member who is excellent at juggling projects with tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks.

Requirements & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Video Production or related field.
• 1 years of related experience and an online portfolio are required
• Strong project and time management skills are required.

• Basic copywriting & proofing skills
• Assisting the production team in the daily functions of marketing, advertising, and communication projects
• A Full understanding of YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest

• Implementing all aspects of pre and post-production to create professional-quality, unique, on-brand video content
• Working knowledge of DSLR videography, photography, and studio lighting techniques
• Must be open to feedback and responsive to creative directional changes with quick turnaround time.

Software proficiency

• Strong working knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Audition, etc.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Working knowledge of using Constant Contact and Google Business Apps are a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
