About the Role : We are looking for a Customer Data Steward to join our FAB Data team who will be committed to improve data quality and processes for a desired future state by developing and supporting new data processes in Account Management, Order Management, EDI and others, creating data validation rules, leading cleansing efforts and supporting migration testing.

After implementation the role is being committed in continuously improving data quality by implementing and executing Data Governance processes for the Customer Data Domain.

this may be located in a facility in Asis, Europe or the United States. Working remotely may also be considered.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with FAB PACE and Business teams in OTC to inform a global roll out of PACE implementation plan considering all needed program data deliverable execution details and cross program interdependencies
  • Accountable for Customer Account management data quality in collaboration with and being part of the Fabrics Salesforce governance team
  • Accountable to develop and steward a data governance process and facilitating alignment to Enterprise governance processes around the Customer Data Domain, including account data, order data and system integrations, risk assessment and analysis, escalation processes and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with PACE Data and Solution Teams, and with FAB Business teams to define and validate data relevancy rules, data quality assessments, legacy data cleanup and developing data quality requirements / metrics, developing, and implementing a data control plan, and conduct root cause analysis for identified data quality issues;

manage corrective actions and preventative actions

  • Identify and guide the development and improvement of detailed data process documentation for divisional execution of and in alignment to Order-to-Cash business processes
  • Provide situational leadership for team members involved in daily data maintenance for business engagement, for data processes, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide data / application subject matter expertise for system upgrades and new capability pursuits
  • Act as the liaison between those performing the processes, and those who are responsible for configuring IT applications to manage and govern the data related
  • Ensure that the business and data requirements of the customer data domain and / or specific systems (Salesforce, SAP MDG) are met

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Customer and / or Order to Cash management incl. system experience (i.e., Salesforce, SAP, EDI) for B2B and B2C data practices
  • Demonstrated experience working with or supporting sales and marketing tools and order-to-cash processes and integrating with ERP solution
  • Experience in developing and executing data governance processes to identify risks, and drive issues to resolution
  • Experience in managing and analysing data to support processes, solve problems and enables decision making
  • Experience working with global teams and working effectively with diverse groups of team members
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a global team setting
  • Demonstrated ability to influence broadly, working effectively with business and technical stakeholders, and to work through ambiguity while leading change management initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability for performing detail-oriented work
  • Ability to develop deep knowledge of Customer Account data, including where the data supports multiple business processes and software systems
  • Ability to travel 5%

Desired Qualifications :

  • Prior experiences using SQL queries, Python, or other tools for data analysis
  • Project and program delivery experience, including experience working with external implementation partners
  • Knowledge of data strategy, data governance, and data management best practices and maturity, such as knowledge of the DAMA framework
