PM/Evening Cleaner-Helper

Our Small Family Owned Company is in Current Need to hire for a Part Time position to fill our Commercial Work within:

1. Wynnewood/Bryn Mawr/Radnor Area

2. Wayne/ Berwyn/ Malvern Area

SCHEDULE: PART-TIME & VERY FLEXIBLE

*There is a possibility to move to a full time schedule

We ask that you are available anytime between 2pm and 10pm

You have the ABILITY to set YOUR OWN schedule to fit your personal life as long as it is within our work schedule available below:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and

*Saturdays - it's a huge plus if you are available to work rotating Saturdays, typically 1 Saturday per month (partial day, not a full day)

PAY:

1. Pay starts at $15/h for the training period which takes 2 weeks

2. Right after training: pay will be increased to $16/h as long as there are no attendance or quality concerns (your performance and attendance are tracked w/weekly evaluations)

3. From there, we will increase your pay regularly as long as there are no attendance and quality concerns.

Our goal is to have you anywhere between $17-$19 per hour within 3 to 6 months.

We are a small, but very reputable company on the Main Line and we are know for our outstanding quality and impeccable attendance and it is our goal to hire people who are likeminded and will bring value to our small business as it is our goal to provide what is best for our team. It's a two way street, we have your back and you have ours.

4. Travel Pay- We will pay you for travel between jobs! see travel below

SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL:

1. Travel is expected. We service The Main Line Area, anywhere from Wynnewood to Exton

2. We do our best to schedule you near your home, but cannot guarantee that

3. We pay for your travel only between jobs, meaning you are not paid for the travel from your home to the first job and from the last job to your home

4. You are paid at minimum wage $7.25/h while driving between jobs

5. Your work and travel are tracked with GPS through our app

To be considered for employment with us you MUST:

1. Have a valid Driver’s License

2. Have a reliable vehicle with up to date insurance and registration.

3. Pass background check

4 . Be Authorized to work in USA

5. Speak English well enough to comfortably communicate in a spoken and written English.

6. Be able to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including, but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds

7. Have a smartphone with data plan & texting/calling capabilities
