Job Description
Gorilla Rides is a golf cart dealership that has retail and online outlets selling products. We are looking for a Full-Time entry level Project Manager to join our Corporate team. This team member will provide a wide range of support services and work at our Corporate office in Fort Lauderdale beach Monday – Friday on a set schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor sales and run reports to identify customers that make specific types of purchases
- Gathering paperwork from the stores for street legal customers
- Review sales for payments/deposits
- Planning and coordinating projects daily
- Manage web sales for payment and profitability
- Open and scan mail as needed
- Ship and track items for vendors, the stores and customers
- Phone calls to vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Extensive administrative, operational and organizational skills required
- Proficient in Google Docs, Microsoft Office – Word & Excel a 5 year must
- Strong notetaking and reminder/follow-up skills
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Flexible and multi-task
- Must problem solve and quickly make thoughtful decisions independently
