What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN, Team Leader position at Goshen Health?
Assists Director by providing clinical leadership for nursing Colleagues, while serving as a resource/coach to maintain daily operations. Ensures patient’s needs are met through quality care, including compliance with current policies and procedures and regulatory compliance. Keeps Colleagues informed of management and hospital-wide activities. Promotes communication with Colleagues, medical staff and other departments.
Position Qualifications
- Minimum Education: BSN degree and a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current RN license in the State of Indiana.
- Preferred Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or related health care field
- Minimum Experience: Three to five years of nursing.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in nursing leadership.
- Certifications Required: Healthcare Provider CPR certification
- Certifications Preferred: Certification in specialty area
