Lead Pest Management Professional: Education and Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of three(3) years of relevant experience in Pest Control is necessary, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory management experience is essential.
- Service supervisors must obtain the necessary license or certification for the state they are operating in within 90 days of their start date.
- Category 24 Pesticides Licenses are a plus and should be obtained promptly if not already possessed.
- A valid, permanent driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record in accordance with company standards are obligatory.
- Current liability auto insurance is required.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card is necessary.
- You must be at least 21 years old by the date of hire.
