Gotügo is the leader in the portable restroom industry in the DMV area. We are seeking an integral member of our Operation's Team. The position requires strong communication skills to work with our technicians and must be able to deliver a high level of customer service. Being technologically savvy and attention to detail is important.
Responsibilities and skills needed include.
- Ability to understand basic computer systems in a paperless work environment.
- Address service questions and reach out to customers regarding service concerns.
- Analyze technician and route productivity weekly to assist maintaining costs.
- Evaluate routes daily to ensure technicians have all the tools and resources to access sites.
- Enforce use of best safety practices and assist periodic evaluations in the field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
