Gotügo is the leader in the portable restroom industry in the DMV area. We are seeking an integral member of our Logistics' Team. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills to work with our technicians. Being technologically savvy and attention to detail is important.
Responsibilities and skills needed include.
- Ability to understand basic computer systems in a paperless work environment.
- Address service questions and reach out to customers regarding service concerns.
- Create and analyze technician productivity to assist maintaining and lowering operational costs.
- Review accounts and routes to ensure all notes transferred.
- Evaluate technicians photos to ensure proper delivery & placement.
- Handle reported accident/property damage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
