Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, working approximately 40 hours per week.
- Typical clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- On-call responsibilities may be required on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 coverage for emergencies and patient care needs.

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and conditions, using a combination of medical and surgical interventions.
- Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, septoplasties, and other ENT surgeries, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and equipment.
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications, therapies, and preventive measures to alleviate symptoms, promote healing, and improve overall patient well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including audiologists, speech-language pathologists, and radiologists, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Provide patient education on diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive measures, ensuring their active involvement in their own healthcare.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant observations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in otolaryngology through continuous professional development and participation in conferences and workshops.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Otolaryngology.
- Board certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
- Valid state medical license to practice as an ENT Physician.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Proficiency in performing ENT surgeries utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technology.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate and empathetically interact with patients and their families.
- Strong commitment to professional growth, staying current with the latest advancements in otolaryngology.
