Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) Position Available

Do you have a passion for working with patients with co-occurring disorders and chemical dependence? Do you want to be part of a team of highly skilled individuals, driven by the goal of helping people through life- changing recovery? If so, then you could be just the person we are looking for!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service hours at regularly scheduled intervals; coordinate all services throughout treatment
  • Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment.
  • Facilitates, establishes and reviews with each patient the initial treatment plan
  • Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of counseling services to all patients
  • Other related duties as determined by supervisor

Salary Range:

  • Salary ranges from $115,000.00 to 130,000.00 per year

The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid licensed as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience providing marriage and family therapy services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals a plus.
  • Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
  • $100k-$120k/year based on experience and credentials.
