Job Type:

What You'll Do:
● Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health, and treatment needs.
● Develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues.
● Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
● Collaborate with other treatment team members, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated care for clients.
● Provide education and support to clients' families to promote understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
● Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapies for eating disorders, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
- Strong understanding of the complex nature of eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
