As part of our therapist network, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own space. Our network provides a supportive and collaborative virtual environment for both therapists and clients, ensuring seamless and effective therapy sessions.
What You'll Do:
● Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
● Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client.
● Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
● Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals.
● Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
How to Qualify:
● Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
● Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
● Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
● Show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
● Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely.
Compensation and Benefits:
● $80,000-$100,000 per year, based on caseload.
