Responsibilities:

● Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.

● Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.

● Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.

● Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.

● Offer crisis intervention services as required.

● Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

● Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

● Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

● Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.

● Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.

● No history of disciplinary actions on board.

Compensation and Benefits:

● Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on caseload.
