- Rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- On-call duties as per schedule, ensuring immediate availability for trauma cases.

You will work in an environment where groundbreaking technology and medical advancements are seamlessly integrated into the delivery of patient care. This includes:
- Advanced imaging systems, such as high-resolution CT scanners and MRI machines that allow for precise and efficient diagnosis of complex trauma cases.
- Our surgical suites are equipped with the latest minimally invasive surgical instruments and robotic-assisted platforms, enabling our surgeons to perform intricate procedures with enhanced precision and patient outcomes.
- Our facility houses a dedicated trauma resuscitation area, fully equipped with advanced life support systems and monitoring capabilities to provide immediate and comprehensive care to critically injured patients.
- Provide comprehensive care to trauma patients, from initial assessment and resuscitation to surgical intervention and post-operative management.
- Perform life-saving surgical procedures, including emergency laparotomy, thoracotomies, and orthopedic procedures.
- Collaborate with other specialists to ensure coordinated care, including consultations and transfers when necessary.
- Participate in trauma rounds, case conferences, and teaching activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of colleagues and trainees.
- Engage in research, quality improvement initiatives, and protocol development to advance trauma care.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of an accredited residency program in General Surgery.
- Unrestricted and active board certification in General Surgery.
- Fellowship training in Trauma Surgery or extensive experience in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Proven proficiency in performing trauma surgical procedures, including complex and life-saving interventions.
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest advances in trauma surgery.
- Familiarity with trauma protocols, guidelines, and evidence-based practices.
- Starting salary $400k depending on experience and qualifications
