What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor Worker position at Gotham Scenic?
Full-time labor workers/general laborer for busy scenic warehouse. Warehouse duties include, but are not limited to loading and unloading vendor and house trucks, maintaining storage and inventory, painting, lifting and moving scenery. Ability to drive 26' box truck a plus.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed. Regular hours are from 7:00AM-3:00PM, but schedule can change quickly and without much notice. Must have a flexible schedule.
Other Requirements
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time during deliveries and any wait time
- Must be able to work "until done"
- Must have friendly demeanor and be able to work both independently and as a team
- Must be able to read, write and perform basic math
- Must be at least 21 years old
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Hours- 7:00am–3:00pm-Overtime available
- Medical benefits and PTO after 60 days
