A direct client is searching for a Helpdesk Support for a FTE/permanent opportunity onsite in NYC!
Title: Helpdesk/Desktop Support
Duration: FTE/Permanent
Location: Onsite in Summit, NJ (07901)
Salary: 65K-85K DOE
Hours: 9am-5pm (must be available as needed for emergencies - locations supported are open 6-7 days a week)
REQUIRED TECHNOLOGIES:
Windows 10 & Windows 11
Xerox Printers
Anti Virus installation
MSP Software installation
Knowledge of SharePoint
Citrix (workspace and Storefront)
Any "A " certifications would be a plus
**No CTCs as this is a FTE/Permanent opportunity**
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
