Duties:
- Communicate with our onsite safety inspectors to manage and fill out inspection reports for our clients
- Manage incoming calls and answer questions regarding customers.
- Create inspection reports and email to clients
- Create and manage files
- File legal paperwork
- Communicate with District Managers and Judges over phone or Zoom
- Use Excel and Microsoft word software daily
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask computer functions while receiving and placing phone calls
- Great phone presence/excellent customer service skills, actively listening to the clients' requests
- Handle customer complaints and remain calm
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Very comfortable and adept with computer use and can quickly learn a variety of software programs
- Communicates proficiently in both written and verbal communication
- Maintains a high standard of punctuality, attendance, and reliability
Requirements:
- Proven computer and organizational skills (more emphasis on this over prior accounting experience)
- Excellent communication in working as a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work without constant supervision
- Prior experience in safety is a plus but not required.
Other:
- Position is full-time
- Schedule is M-F 8 am to 5 pm, with a lunch break from 12-1
