We are on the lookout for a dedicated Deli Manager with a strong professional background to join our exceptional team. The role encompasses Monday through Friday daytime shifts, offering a competitive wage.

Responsibilities and Duties: As our Deli Manager, you will spearhead the orchestration of our deli operations, cultivating a harmonious work environment and ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your role involves:

• Team Coordination: Overseeing the performance of our hourly employees and Catering Sales Delivery Drivers, nurturing their growth and ensuring service excellence.

• Efficient Operations: Strategically managing labor percentages, contributing to optimal business efficiency.

• People Management: Fostering employee retention, providing mentoring, and ensuring consistent training to nurture our team's potential.

• Culinary Excellence: Guiding our team to meet food production goals within approved timelines, ensuring our offerings are consistently impeccable.

• Customer Relationships: Building and nurturing lasting customer relationships, fostering loyalty and trust in our brand.
