Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and drive user engagement across various social media platforms.
Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and reach
_ Understand Monetizing Social Media Accounts and have the ability to manage multiple platforms.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and Tik Tok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and feedback
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite to schedule and analyze social media content
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets for social media posts
- Assist with video editing and creation of multimedia content for social media platforms
- Engage with followers and build relationships with influencers and industry professionals
- Monitor online reviews
- Stay informed about emerging social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design software
- Strong research skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration purposes
- Basic web knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus
- Experience in video editing is highly desirable
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail for proofreading content
- Familiarity with Hootsuite or other social media management tools is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Relationship management skills to engage with followers and influencers
