Our client is looking to hire a Business Process Specialist for their Columbus, OH or Battle Creek, MI office. The Business Process Specialist is responsible for the functional/technical analysis and testing of SAP components. The Business Process Specialist is involved in enhancement work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications.
Responsibilities:
Work with Client, team members and executives on and across the project team.
Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in our methodologies.
Provide SAP application support in a timely manner.
Identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting the SAP application.
Analyze, design and test break/fix requests and enhancements to SAP modules.
Gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.
Develop system specifications for SAP components.
Design SAP components to functional and technical programming standards.
Provide support toward installation of application releases into production as directed.
Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walk-throughs.
Create operational documentation for the SAP application.
Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status.
Continuously develop industry knowledge and associated skills.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
2 year degree
Experience:
With Degree: Any SAP Experience
Without Degree: Five (5) years of SAP experience in one or more of the following modules
MM - Materials Management
PP - Production Planning
WM - Warehouse Management
OF - Order Fulfillment
IM - Inventory Management
FI - Financial
1 year of experience with MS Office
Strong oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Secret Clearance
Certification:
Possess the Agile Fundamentals (ICP) certification or other relevant SAP certifications
